Known as “La Scala of the football“, the Giuseppe Meazza stadium is one of the largest and most beautiful in Europe. There are Eleven cylindrical concrete towers supporting the horizontal structure of the tiers. Built in 1926, deeply restructured and expanded in the 50’s, for the World Championships in 1990 was enlarged by adding a third ring and was completely covered. It has a seating capacity of about 80.000 people and it also hosts the derby of the city’s two football teams, Internazionale FC and Milan AC. It is possible to follow guided tours to the stadium and the Museum "Inter & Milan" every day from Monday to Saturday, except days when football matches are played.
